Our 2nd grade and other half of our first graders got to play Red Ribbon Week games today! #stilwellspirit

Mr. R’s class went to the library and to the computer lab today to observe the habitats of a Gecko, salt water fish, and fresh water fish. Specifically what each used for Food, Water, and Shelter. #stilwellspirit

Our third grade and 2 of our first grade classes went outside today to compete in some Red Ribbon Week games! #stilwellspirit

Today was hat day at SGS! Use your head, don’t do drugs! #stilwellspirit

To go along with their Jamaica research project and tie in Red Ribbon week, the Enrichment kiddos tie dyed some oversized coffee filters using washable markers and spray bottles. The filters were then put together to make 2 colorful gigantic caterpillars. Around the caterpillars each student wrote why they want to stay drug free! #stilwellspirit

Started Red Ribbon Week off strong with crazy hair and crazy socks! #stilwellspirit

Our annual Pumpkin Contest will be next Tuesday! Forms are being sent home with the students. *This is for Pre-1st through 4th grade.

This weeks story in Mrs. Davis’ class was “Bat Loves the Night”. They made vocabulary bats and put them in their bat cave. #stilwellspirit

More fun at the Stilwell Library book sale today! #stilwellspirit

Mr. R’s class created clouds of positivity yesterday! They were charged with coming up with positive words about themselves and then sticking it onto their name cloud. #stilwellspirit

Mr. R’s class has been working hard on team building and communication. This is a game where the entire class has to go 15yards by stepping inside the hoops without touching outside the hoops. They did very well but unfortunately ran out of time before they could get everyone across. We have no doubt they will beat this game very soon! #stilwellspirit

We have been enjoying the book sale today at the Stilwell Library! #stilwellspirit

Mrs. Davis’ class did a “Save Fred” stem activity. They emphasized team work! #stilwellspirit

Mrs Brown’s Second Grade Class went to the Stilwell Public Library and bought some special books to enjoy! Thank you Stilwell Public Library! #stilwellspirit

Some of our 4H members have been practicing archery after school and got to show off their hard work today. 11 of Stilwell grade schools members participated in their 1st ever archery meet. Thanks Cave Springs 4H for hosting it! #stilwellspirit

Mr. R’s class learned the power of their words and actions using tooth paste! Once we say or do something unkind or hurtful it can’t be taken back (just like we can’t put the tooth paste back into the tube)…what we say and how we treat others forever sticks to their hearts! Their goal is to fill others hearts with kind words and actions! #stilwellspirit
