Stilwell Public Schools Leadership Attends OSSBA Conference; Bill Muskrat Receives All-State School Board Honor
Stilwell Public Schools district administrators and members of the Board of Education attended the Oklahoma State School Boards Association Education Leadership Conference in Oklahoma City Thursday through Saturday.
The annual conference provided district leaders with opportunities for professional learning, collaboration, and engagement with education leaders from across Oklahoma. The experience supports the district’s continued commitment to purposeful leadership, effective governance, and creating opportunities for growth throughout Stilwell Public Schools.
A special highlight of the conference was the recognition of Stilwell Board of Education member Bill Muskrat, who was named a 2026 All-State School Board member by the Oklahoma State School Boards Association.
Muskrat was honored for his outstanding service to public education in Oklahoma and to the Stilwell Board of Education.
Stilwell Public Schools congratulates Mr. Muskrat on this well-deserved recognition and thanks him for his continued dedication and service to the students, staff, families, and community of Stilwell.
