It is truly an honor to return home and serve the students, staff, families, and community that mean so much to me.”

As Superintendent, Dr. Hicks plans to focus on strengthening academic systems, supporting and developing staff, building strong community partnerships, and ensuring every student has access to high-quality opportunities and support.

The Stilwell Board of Education expressed excitement about the future of the district under Dr. Hicks’ leadership and shared confidence in her vision, experience, and heart for the community.
