A BIG thank you to Kakiowa Beaver and Carla Fields for donating items to our school reward store! We are so very appreciative!
If you haven’t heard about our reward store…. It is a tool we use to reward respectful and responsible behavior. Students caught making positive choices are rewarded with “caught being good coins” that they can cash in at the end of every month for various prizes. Prizes range from candy, toys, games, slime, balls etc. all the way up to lunch with Mrs. Alisha and Mr. Merrie or even the once in a lifetime chance to pie the principal in the face! This was our first year implementing this program and we have seen so much success, smiles, and overall fun! Tomorrow we will have our final fundraiser to help us stock the reward store for next year! See our previous “TaT a Teacher” post!

Some happenings next week!
Students can purchase ice cream from the ice cream truck on Wednesday and on Thursday they can purchase tattoos to tat the teacher of their choice. Funds raised from the tat a teacher event will go towards our school reward store.
The winners of the art trip had a blast today at the Tahlequah Skatehouse!

We are thrilled to announce that Stilwell Grade School has been awarded the Capturing Kids’ Hearts Rising Star Recognition in our very first year as a CKH school! This honor reflects the incredible success we've experienced with the program, fostering positive relationships and creating a supportive learning environment for both students and teachers. The Capturing Kids’ Hearts approach has helped us build stronger connections and enhance the overall school experience, and we look forward to continuing to grow together in the years ahead.

The SGS Art Show is this Thursday evening 5 to 7 PM in the old gym!
Mrs. Mandy is still taking art submissions today and tomorrow so it's not too late to enter!
During the art show, there will also be a silent auction. Make sure to come and check out all the student art as well as the student made auction pieces!
