MRS. ADRIENNE LATTA
"I am honored and excited to step into this new role and begin this chapter with our students, families, staff, and community.
I bring 22 years of experience in education, having served as a paraprofessional, classroom teacher, and, for the past two years, an administrator. Each of those roles has shaped the way I view education and leadership. They have taught me the importance of relationships, teamwork, patience, and always keeping students at the center of the decisions we make.
I am especially excited to have the opportunity to work with children during some of the earliest and most important years of their educational journey. These are the years when students begin discovering what school is all about—building friendships, gaining independence, developing confidence, and realizing that learning can be exciting. I love knowing that we have the opportunity to help create those first positive experiences with school and build a foundation that can influence how children feel about learning for years to come.
What is most important to me is meeting every student exactly where they are and helping them grow from there. Every child comes to us with different strengths, needs, personalities, and experiences. Success will not look exactly the same for every student, and that is okay. My goal is to make sure every child feels safe, supported, valued, and capable of succeeding.
I also believe strongly that educating children is a partnership. Our teachers and staff do incredible work each day, but our relationships with families and our community are just as important. I want our families to know that their children are loved, cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely want to see them succeed."
