Stilwell High School football players recently took time to visit and greet our elementary and middle school students, creating a connection between our school's youngest students and our high school athletes.
The players shared high fives, smiles, and greeted students to help build excitement for the upcoming football season. The visit was a great reminder that school spirit begins at an early age, and that today's little are tomorrow's high school leaders.
In moments like this, our football players are doing more than preparing for Friday nights game--- they are passing on the pride, tradition, and the spirit of being an Indian!
The Indians went on to win their season opener against Miami, and will kick off at home this Friday night. Let's put our school and community spirit behind our Indians, pack the stands, and cheer them on to win #2!
