Stilwell Elementary School

Stilwell Grade School held its annual dessert auction in December. This is a huge fundraiser that raises funds to be used in various ways each year. We had over 35 dessert donations that looked amazing. Our community shows up big time! We have many businesses sponsor the event. Our sponsors this year were Mt View Meat Co.,ACE Hardware, Mr. B's, Holmes Heating and Cooling, C&J Shirt Shop, Keller Williams, Fast Lane Trailers, Chicky's, Century 21, and La Guadalupana. Each year, the live auction is source of entertainment on our grade school Facebook page as parents, staff, and community have bid wars over each item. Cherokee Nation Councilman Josh Sam was top bidder this year and our top business supporter was Carson Community Bank. We are very thankful for all of the staff members and parents who donated the auction items, and another huge thank you to everyone who bid and won items. Our fundraiser this year raised over $4200 dollars, and with some of those funds a plan is to upgrade sound equipment for our Pre-K- Kindergarten programs. Stilwell Schools is always fortunate to have great support from our community and this event was no different. Once again, thank you for supporting our students and our school!
